Perseverance

Just because we can't do something does not mean that we won't be able to do it in the future if we persevere.  At Rushall we believe in a growth mindset and hold firm to the idea that if you can't do something, it simply means that you can't do it yet.

We encourage our children to be curious, questioning and to have dreams that they aspire to achieve.  In order to achieve, children will need many skills - resilience, self belief but above all, perseverance - the mindset that we never give up.

Perseverance is one of the values that we consider central to who we are at Rushall.
